Time Management Rules

  1. daily count of none optimal minutes in previous day not including sleep unless slept in excess with daily exposure of values within a spline graph of all entries to get a sense of whether i am improving
  2. default chase of time management system is a product of minutes with daily reduction of minutes gained. even if whilst minutes
  3. tasks time estimation buffer by paramters
  4. goals time estimation buffer by paramters
  5. tasks time estimation buffer by paramter of subcategory. by which each time estimated time is exceeded or over estimated i have to fill subcategory for that task as to what kind of task it was . this gets inserted into an all off estimations categories column. daily check this column for new categories in which new column of a new subcategory is added to column of distinct subcategories next to a column of total off estimations and based on that the parameters assess risk. it only counts as off estimation on being wrong by at least 10 minutes. seperate column for categories of tasks taking to long or too little for positive or negative buffer
  6. goals time estimation buffer by paramter of subcategory. by which each time estimated time is exceeded or over estimated i have to fill subcategory for that goal as to what kind of goal it was . this gets inserted into an all off estimations categories column. daily check this column for new categories in which each new column of a new subcategory is added to a column of distinict subcategories next to a column of total off estimations and based on that the parameters assess risk. it only counts as off estimation on being wrong by at least 50 percent. seperate column for categories of goals taking to long or too little for positive or negative buffer
  7. if a task is toward a goal that cant get started such as parameters achieving soething anhd the task being setup paramters then it doesnt have potential minutes reduction only immediate reduction of the time it would take to execute the task as that is an amount of minutes that would at some point be needed to devote toward that goal
  8. in considering the potential minutes reduction the qustion i need to ask myself often is if i dont execute task or apply rule how long would it take for an alternative task or rule to achieve the same thing. or how long till it naturally gets done by time. that is the potential time saved
  9. categories prompt lunching from within rules rating prompt with buttons for categories that award points based on parameters
  10. no laziness adding to button prompt new category parameter on adding it to parameters
  11. tasks management dropdown that searches all tasks and loads grid with matches allowing me to find tasks and reprioritize them
  12. in the case where polymath isnt set to go backwards logging total minutes of previous activity do so manually rather than leaving time unaccounted or attributing time to another activity
  13. weekly day start load function to check whether i have rules with setup estimation over 5 minutes that are not in tasks and if so alert table and id of each and what it is
  14. approach is there is no such thing as duration so short that it is negligible. all hours must be utilized. all minutes must be utilized. all seconds must be utilized all centiseconds must be utilized
  15. try and give mental effort to remembering values i repeatedly have to programmatically attain such as how many minutes are there in a month so that i can immediately type from memory rather than lose time using software to calculate for me
  16. weekly day start load function to check whether i have rules with setup estimation over 5 minutes that are not in tasks and if so alert table and id of each and what it is. make it also write down to debug
  17. in goals rating the rating of the mother goals is the greatest. above that of the close subgoals. yet still tasks and rules aimed at subgoals get greater priority because the time estimation of sub goals is smaller and so parameters reward them for greater progress contribution. the reason they get higher rating is in case difference in time estimation of them and thier subgoals is small enough so that ill go after the main thing rather than a subgoal
  18. i need in time management window buttons to instantly rate all tasks by parameters and a seperate button to rate those created today
  19. parameters calculating priority for tasks and rules is meant for cross systems contributions or contribution to several seperate sub goals within the same system. not mother and daughter goals just for the sake of increasing rating. daughter goals anyway inherit mother goals rating to some degree. the more important the mother goal feels the higher i rate the subgoals that lead to it
  20. in the case of a goal that strives to do something daily set amount is set to 1. so that if a rule is estimated to reduce this amount by 1 per day that rule is rated appropriately as a rule that would infact achieve the goal
  21. in new rules parameters assignment prompt on choosing a new goal in combobox also fetch into text box the total estimation left for that goal. if i think a rule has the potential to achieve the goal then the potential minutes reduction is the amount left
  22. in the case of a goal that strives to do something daily for a period of time set the daily amount to the total minutes within that period. so that if a rule is estimated to reduce this amount by total minutes per day that rule is rated appropriately as a rule that would infact achieve the goal
  23. in the case of coming up with a rule that i feel can save alot of time toward an escalation of an existing subgoal yet is less meaningful for the current defined subgoal as that is going to get achieved anyway i have write down the subgoals escalation and rate the intention as if it is directed toward the escaltion as otherwise it might get a low rating if it has high setup time estimation
  24. risk as parameter with negative weight value of 100. for rules its risk of failing to apply the rule and having to remove it. for tasks its the risk of grossly exceeding the time estimation of the task or on rare occasions risk of failing to complete the task. whichever is higher.
  25. buttons that have loading times of 10 seconds or more log their durations to a mysql table from which fore retireves the average duration of the last ten button pressess which is represted within buttons text in parentheses. the representation of these loading times will give me awareness which will force me to desgiante productive conducts during these loading times or it will incentivise me to optimize them. applies for new buttons created
  26. default goals amounts is one to easily remember to note 1 in daily reduciton of a goal completing task or rule
  27. in the case of goals that were initially defined without an amount that means their completion once such an amount is decided add it to the name of the goal so that i will know to aim toward that amount in the conception of rules
  28. visual calander main dispaly showing all goals expected to be completed per month and a sub display showing per goal its expected progression per month
  29. new goals created are placed on visual calendar by expected completion date
  30. visual calendar fill text boxes of goals where expectation of completion date was relatively accurate as green. wrong as in not completed yet as red and wrong as in completed earlier than i expected as pink
  31. on goal completion button push that sets a subcategory in all tasks and rules that have that goal defined as contributed to as rerate with popup on form load that i have rules or tasks of rerate subcategory
  32. like essential goal another high rated category to place in contributing to goal is a task or rule that contributes to an unusual amount of goals if not all. such as setting up visual calendar to show progression toward goals
  33. if finished with a designated task and seeing there is additional work i want done within the setup edit the task and add time estimation rather than creating a new task
  34. on adding new rule that has a setup table of expected counts add that rule to table if it has a daily expected count
  35. setting time when morning load runs before i wake up and a mode that skips popups within it in case i run it that way
  36. i need search replace goal in in day contributing to goals and tasks management in case of aspiring toward a goal within 2022 and then wanting to change it to 2023
  37. visual calendar is viewed once in day in its entirety as a sequence of snapshots. while i am not forced to read every single entry as that would eventually take too long i am forced to try and process the assigned images
  38. on new rule made active a popup alert instructing to manually add it to visual calendar and adjust it. if another rule is placed in same day postpone it and the ones in future dates adjusting to the current unexpected insertion
  39. on new round year check out visual calendar from year before to see where i thought i would be at that point
  40. additional parameter reducing rating the longer the estimation of execution reducing another 500 points per hour. done with weight of -500 multiplied by integer amount of hours estimation of execution added to reduction of 10 points per minute
  41. parameter of urgency for tasks and rules by their effect on other goals such as deterioration of progress
  42. paramter of urgency for tasks and intetions based on fleeting oppertunity
  43. on a goal achieved look over the breakdown of the rules that achieved it. how much each contributed. see if there is a classification of super contributers and devote 5 minutes to thinking of a rule to make me concieve such daily till having an effective method
  44. in completed goals grid columns 1-100 of contributing rules with a second column after each of the amount contributed meant to be oredered greatest contribution to least logging the break down of rules that contributed to golas for me to gain awareness of super contributers and develop an effective method to create them
  45. year end mark completed goals for them to count for past year in graph
